02Who we are

24F (24FulfillR) is the trading name of 珠海横琴延祥供应链管理有限公司 (Zhuhai Hengqin Yanxiang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.), Unified Social Credit Code 91440003MAEJRLYHXA, registered at 横琴粤澳深度合作区三塘村50号第四层 (Floor 4, No. 50 Santang Village, Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone, Zhuhai, Guangdong, China). When these terms say "24F", "we" or "us", they mean that company.

03Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses our websites (24fulfillr.com and the client platform at 24f.site) and what is on them: the information pages, the shipping calculator, the Explore preview, the client platform and its workspaces, the tracking API, the 24F MCP and the 24F for Windows desktop app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them, and if you use it for a company, you confirm you can agree for that company.

Clients who buy sourcing, manufacturing, storage, fulfillment or shipping also sign a service agreement and approve quotations. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins for those services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after personal data.

04What you get as a client

24F is not a middleman. Your contract is with 24F, and we are the direct provider of product design, sourcing (done in-house), GTIN/barcode, FDA and VAT registrations, the client platform and its five workspaces, the AI employees, and fulfillment: your fulfillment contract is with 24F, not a third party. For manufacturing, 24F acts as director of operations at the factory, and you are always free to use your own manufacturer instead.

• The full platform, free and optional: Fulfillment, Accounting, Upgraded Analytics, ACR chargebacks and AI Customer Support, plus integrations, AI employees, the 24F MCP and the desktop app. AI employees are free for fair use (see below). You choose which to use; none is required for our physical services.
• Fair use of AI employees: AI employees are included free for fair, non-excessive use. If your usage is heavy, we bill the excess at cost, meaning the actual price of the AI provider's API credits, with no markup.
• Help whenever you need it: AI employees work 24/7, and people at 24F are on standby, including weekends and holidays, for anything that needs a human.
• One price list for everyone: every client gets the same rates.
• Brand-first tracking that keeps your brand in front of your customers, with accurate customs declarations.
• Your data, portable: many workspaces let you download your records as files, and on request we provide an export of your account data.

05Your account

• Give us accurate details when you apply, and keep them up to date.
• Keep passwords, staff login codes, API keys and MCP keys private. You are responsible for what is done with them until you revoke them.
• Give staff and MCP keys only the access they need, and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is used unlawfully. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

06What stays yours

You own your products, designs, files, store data, customer data and anything else you give us. You let us use it only to provide the Service to you, as our Privacy Policy and your service agreement describe. We never sell your data and never use your store or shopper data to compete with you or to build products for anyone else.

Please make sure you have the rights to the designs and content you ask us to produce, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

07Fair use

Use the Service for lawful business and as these terms allow. Please do not:

• Scrape or harvest. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers or other automated means to extract, copy, compile or monitor content or data from the Service, including prices, rates, estimates, quotes, descriptions, designs and copy.
• Mine the public tools. Query the shipping calculator, tracking pages, API or MCP in bulk or systematically to compile rates, coverage or other data.
• Get around limits. Bypass or probe rate limits, access controls, authentication or the Explore preview's restrictions, including by rotating IP addresses, accounts or keys.
• Interfere. Overload, disrupt, attack or test the vulnerability of the Service, or introduce malware.
• Mislead. Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your connection with 24F.
• Misuse data. Collect other users' personal data or send unsolicited messages.
• Break the law. Ship prohibited, counterfeit or infringing goods, or breach export, import, customs or sanctions laws.

Your own account's data is always yours to use, through the features, exports, API and MCP we provide.

08Our platform

24F and its licensors own the Service itself: the software and code, the platform and workspaces, the interface and visual design, page layouts and copy, workflows, the shipping calculator and its rate data, tracking systems, AI employees and their prompts and configurations, the MCP and API, the desktop app, documentation, and the 24F and 24FulfillR names and logos.

While you follow these terms, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business. No other rights are granted.

Please do not copy or clone it

• Copy, mirror, frame, republish or distribute any part of the Service other than your own data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive the source code, models, prompts, algorithms or rate data of the Service or the desktop app, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Clone or rebuild 24F's software, designs, interface, workflows, rate data or AI systems, including from the Explore preview, screenshots, recordings or outputs.
• Use the Service or its outputs (estimates, quotes, tracking data, AI responses, MCP results) to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or service, or to train an AI model.
• Remove proprietary notices, use our names or logos without permission, or resell or sublicense the Service unless a written agreement allows it.

Feedback

Ideas and suggestions are always welcome, and we may use them freely to make 24F better.

09Keeping the Service safe

We log and monitor traffic to protect every client. If these terms are being broken, we may rate limit or block the traffic, accounts or keys involved, suspend accounts or revoke keys, keep the relevant logs, and take legal action where the law allows. Data obtained in breach of these terms must be deleted and may not be used.

10Estimates, quotations and the Explore preview

The shipping calculator gives estimates to help you plan. An estimate is not a quotation or an offer; the price that applies is the one in the quotation or account terms you approve. Delivery times are estimates too, because carriers and customs set the final pace.

The Explore preview is a read-only demo with no account and no data behind it. Nothing you do in it is saved or sent.

11AI features and integrations

AI employees work within the rules and permissions you set, with people at 24F on standby for anything that needs a human. AI can make mistakes, so please review what is sent or done in your name; you can change or switch off any AI employee at any time.

Integrations such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Mercury, Gmail, Loop Subscriptions and 17TRACK, and AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT connected through the 24F MCP, are run by their providers under their own terms, which you agree to when you connect them.

12Liability

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Unless a signed service agreement says otherwise, the website, public tools and Explore preview are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. Liability for services under a service agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

13Responsibility for misuse

If someone brings a claim against 24F because you broke these terms, because of your content or products, or because you misused the Service, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

14Changes and leaving

You can stop using the Service at any time. On request we provide an export of your account data, and any commitments beyond that are only those in your service agreement.

We may improve the Service and update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and for material changes clients get notice by email or in the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. The sections on our platform, keeping the Service safe, liability, responsibility for misuse and the general terms continue after you leave.

15General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with our business. These terms, our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement are the whole agreement about the Service. Governing law and the place for resolving disputes are as set out in your service agreement; for everyone else they are those of 24F's place of incorporation, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
